Sesame Cookies

Ingredients:
200 g brown sugar
185 g wholewheat flour
112 g tahini (without sugar)
113 g butter (room temperature)
100 g white sesame
50 g black sesame
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
a sprinkle of salt
Mix the soft butter with the sugar and the egg to form a smooth cream. Add tahini in this mixture.
Incorporate the flour, sodium bicarbonate and salt with a spatula.
Form small balls of dough with the icecream spoon and roll them in black and white sesame.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for 18-20 minutes.
Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
